Cancellation and Refund Policies:

All cancellation are required to be in writing email to FangsFrogsandMore@gmail.com.
All programs and shows require a $100.00booking fee to save the date and time slot allotted for the client.
Refunds are given under the following conditions. The written cancellation must be received within 48 hours of receipt of payment. A refund will be given in the same manner it was received.
Programs and shows that are paid in full and were scheduled 3 days or less from the time of the presentation, refunds are not given. Fangs, Frogs and More will reschedule the program when availability permitted. Rescheduled programs must be completed within 3 months of original date.
Fangs, Frogs and More will refund the entire program is they are unable to fulfil the terms of the contract.
