Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Payment in advance or a booking deposits are required to save the date and time of the show. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Booking deposit are only refunded if Fangs, Frogs and More is unable to provided the service as agreed.
All cancellation are required to be in writing email to FangsFrogsandMore@gmail.com. The written cancellation must be received within 48 hours of receipt of payment. A refund will be given in the same manner it was received, all but the booking deposit is refundable if cancelled by the client.
Programs and shows that are scheduled within 7 days of the event and are paid in full if cancelled by the client are not refunded.
Fangs, Frogs and More will reschedule the show or presentation when the schedule permits. The rescheduled programs must be completed within 6 months of original date. Fangs, Frogs and More will refund the entire program only if they are unable to reschedule the presentation or show within the 6 month of the original date.

Travel Fee:
We Service the Maryland: Baltimore and Surrounding Counties, Washington DC, Southern PA, Northern Virginia and Delaware. Travel Fee included with 25-mile radius of 21286. Outside of the 25-mile radius a small travel fee of $25 - $45 call for details.
